Google Maps
This site uses the Google Maps mapping service via an API. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
To use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to store your IP address. This information is usually transferred to a Google server in the United States and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transmission.
The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers and an easy findability of the locations indicated by us on the website. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
For more information on how user data is handled, please refer to Google's privacy policy: https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/.
Privacy Policy for the use of Matomo (Piwik)
Our website uses Matomo (formerly Piwik), an open-source software for statistical analysis of visitor traffic that creates pseudonymous usage profiles. Matomo is used without cookies.
The use of the Matomo plugin is for the purpose of optimizing our website economically and tailoring it to the needs of our users. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of § 6(4) of the German Data Protection Act (DSG-EKD).
The information generated about your use of our website is stored on our server. The collected information is not combined with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym and is not shared with third parties. It serves to improve the relevant content of our website. The IP address is only processed in anonymized form by Matomo.
If you do not want us to use pseudonymous analysis techniques for web tracking, please click the following link so that we can permanently consider your request.
Please note that in order to permanently comply with your request, we need to place a technically necessary cookie on your device. You should not delete this cookie; otherwise, you will have to block the tracking again during your next visit to our website.
Use of YouTube Videos
On our website, YouTube videos are embedded, which are stored on YouTube but can be played directly on our website.
To protect your privacy, you need to activate the videos on our pages first. If you activate or play the videos, cookies from YouTube or DoubleClick may be stored and/or read on your device, and data may be transferred to YouTube or DoubleClick (USA, Google), such as your IP address and cookie ID, the specific address of the page you accessed on our site, system date and time of the access, and your browser's identifier. For the purposes and scope of data collection and processing by YouTube or DoubleClick, please refer to the information provided by Google: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.
If you do not want YouTube or DoubleClick to receive data about you through the use of our website, you must not activate the videos.
The data transfer takes place after the video is activated, regardless of whether you have a user account with YouTube or Google that you are logged into or whether you do not have a user account. If you are logged in, this data can be directly associated with your account. If you want to avoid this as much as possible, you should log out before activating the video.

Social media plugins (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, XING, LinkedIn, Tumblr) are used on our website.
You can usually recognize the plugins by the respective social media logos. To ensure data protection on our website, we only use these plugins together with the so-called "Shariff" solution. This application prevents the integrated plugins on our website from transmitting data to the respective provider as soon as you enter the page.
Only when you activate the respective plugin by clicking on the associated button will a direct connection to the provider's server be established (consent). Once you activate the plugin, the respective provider will receive information that you have visited our site with your IP address.
If you are logged into your respective social media account (e.g., Facebook) at the same time, the respective provider can associate your visit to our pages with your user account.
Activating the plugin constitutes consent within the meaning of § 8 KDG. You can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future.
