The Welcome Center Sozialwirtschaft offers advice to international skilled professionals as well as to companies regarding the recruitment of professionals with foreign academic or non-academic qualifications, who want to work in Baden-Wurttemberg. We receive funding from the Ministry of Economy, Labor and Tourism of Baden-Wurttemberg and sponsorship of Diakonie Baden and Diakonie Württemberg, two institutions within the social welfare organization of Germany’s Protestant churches. We also collaborate with other institutions that are part of the League of Independent Welfare Organizations (AWO, Caritas, Parität, Religious Community of Israelis in Baden) and with the regional associations of stakeholders in the health and social sector in Baden-Wurttemberg. Our advisory services adhere to the standards for responsible recruitment of international skilled workers in the health and social sector.
